COST:  $135 for members, $145 for eligible guests and $100 for eligible retirees registering on/before November 21, 2014.

*An Eligible Guest is any person who would be eligible for membership except for their employment outside of San Francisco, or any other person who has retired from the ocean marine insurance business (other than Honorary members) may be invited to attend the Annual Dinner or other social functions upon (sponsorship) of a Member subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of The Association.

** A Member is eligible for Retired Membership status once he/she has reached the age of 62, has been an active member for at least 5 years, and is no longer in regular, paid employment in marine insurance or marine insurance related work such as would make him/her eligible for active membership in the Association of Marine Underwriters of San Francisco. Retired Membership status shall be granted by the Executive Committee upon receipt and approval of an application for retired membership.

LATE REGISTRATION:  $165 after November 21, 2014.

REFUNDS:  will not be issued after November 21, 2014.

RESERVE Please complete the membership dues and dinner reservation form by close of business day Friday, November 21, 2014.

  • Grilled New York Steak, Peppercorn Sauce With Potato Puree, Grilled Asparagus & Baby Carrots 
  • Citrus Rosemary Bone-In Breast of Chicken, Natural Jus Mushroom Risotto, Broccolini, & Baby Carrots
  •  Saccatino Pasta Pouch Filled with Spinach, Ricotta, & Parmesan Cheese Served Over a Bed of Roasted Tomato & Basil Sauce 

SEATING is on an open basis. However, reservations will be accepted for full tables of ten by indicating the number of tables reserved on the registration form.  There is a $100 charge for each reserved table, in addition to the dinner fees.

DRESS for this special event is Business Formal (business suit & tie for men; business suit or dress for women).

ACCOMODATIONS:  The Parc 55 Wyndham is completely sold out at this time.
